Shogakukan’s Big Comic Superior magazine has confirmed that the Super Ball Girls (スーパーボールガールズ ) manga by Kaneshiro Muneyuki and Hiramoto Akira will end on January 9th, 2026. The manga will not appear in the magazine released on December 26th, 2025.
Kaneshiro (Blue Lock, Kami-sama no Iu Toori) and Hiramoto (Prison School, Futari Switch) started the manga in October 2022 in Shogakukan’s Big Comic Superior magazine, and Shogakukan published the manga’s first tankoubon volume in February 2023. The manga’s sixth volume was released in August 2025.
Yen Press releases the manga in English under the Super Ball Girls name, and it will release the manga’s second volume on December 23rd, 2025, and the manga’s third volume on March 24th, 2026. Yen Press describes the manga story below:
